It rarely rains in Los Angeles, but when it does, strange things happen. That’s certainly the case for actress Monroe Cline’s protagonist of Sasha in the new thriller, ‘When It Rains in LA.’
As the rain does begins to fall in the titular city, strange events unfold, which leads Sasha to confront the dark forces surrounding her – including an enigmatic woman who emerges from the shadows to push Sasha to reckon with a past she’s tried to bury.
‘When It Rains in LA’ is now playing in theaters and On Digital and On Demand, courtesy of Gravitas Ventures. In honor of the feature’s release, Film Factual is premiering an exclusive clip from the project, which is titled ‘Showdown.’

Leaving behind the life she once knew, she reconnects with old friends in L.A., hoping to escape the haunting memories of her past.
But as the rain begins to fall, the unsettling events unfold, leaving Sasha to confront the mysterious forces surrounding her – and forcing her to face the chilling truths she has long denied.
