Fame and Other Four-Letter Words’ Exclusive First Look Image Premiere Features Francesca Scorsese Embracing Fame

In a social media-obsessed society where likes, luxury and celebrity status has reigned supreme for decades, content creators can lose their sense of identity when their fame becomes meaningless. That’s certainly the case for actress the protagonist of Jackie in the upcoming comedy short, ‘Fame and Other Four-Letter Words.’ Jackie feels as though her life’s purpose has become null and void when her sister, Maxine, a brilliant but previously overlooked scientist, begins to garner more recognition for her intellect and achievements.

‘Fame and Other Four-Letter Words’ will have its World Premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival, which is set to run between June 4-15, 2025. In honor of the project’s debut at the New York-based festival, Film Factual is exclusively premiere a first look image of actress Francesca Scorsese, the daughter of Martin Scorsese, from the movie.

Miranda Kahn wrote, directed and produced ‘Fame and Other Four-Letter Words.’ Besides starring in the comedy, Scorsese also served as an executive producer. Besides Scorsese, the short also stars Chloe Cherry (‘Euphoria’), Mary Catherine Garrison (‘Somebody Somewhere’), Jemima Kirke (‘Girls’), Devon Walker (‘Saturday Night Live’), Richie Shazam, Kate Hollowell, Kareem Rahma and Lauren Servideo.

‘Fame and Other Four-Letter Words’ follows Jackie, a self-obsessed influencer whose life revolves around chasing likes, luxury and fame. Her younger sister, Maxine, a brilliant but overlooked scientist, is always in the background, reluctantly helping Jackie with her social media stunts. But when Jackie is hit by a car while trying to catch a celebrity’s attention, she wakes up in a bizarre new reality – one where fame is meaningless, and her sister is celebrated for her intellect and achievements.
