The Past is Present For Jake McLaughlin in Site First Look Trailer and Poster

A small-town family man, Neil Bardo, is suffering traumatic visions of distant other lives that might hold the thread to his own unraveling present in the upcoming sci-fi thriller, ‘Site.’ To chronicle the protagonist’s increasing detachment from reality, the trailer and art for the movie have been released.

The first-looks at the new drama have been unveiled by its distributor, Blue Fox Entertainment. The company is set to unveil the horror film in theaters and on digital on August 8.

Jason Eric Perlman wrote and directed ‘Site.’ The thriller stars Jake McLaughlin (‘Home,’ ‘Will Trent’) as Neil, as well as Arielle Kebbel (‘The Vampire Diaries,’ ‘John Tucker Must Die’) and Theo Rossi (‘The Penguin,’ ‘Sons of Anarchy‘).

In ‘Site,’ Neil suffers a mind-altering time distortion while inspecting an abandoned military site. Soon after, haunting hallucinations of strangers and troubling events from the past bleed into his reality. One vision is so traumatic, it leads to a biking accident that nearly blinds his only son. With his life unraveling and his son’s sight hanging in the balance, Neil must uncover the secrets of the facility and the soul-shattering truth of his hallucinations.
