Looking Through Water Exclusive Clip Features Revealing His Broken Personal Ties in a Public Speech

In the journey of navigating pain, anger and the ache of broken personal ties, redemption can be secured in the most surprising places. That’s certainly the case for the protagonist of William Mckay throughout his life in the upcoming family drama, ‘Looking Through Water.’

Good Deed Entertainment will release the movie on digital platforms tomorrow, Tuesday, September 30. In honor of the project’s distribution, Film Factual is debuting an exclusive clip from the feature. The clip is titled ‘Public Speech.’

‘Looking Through Water’ stars Michael Stahl-David (‘Cloverfield’), Cameron Douglas (‘Wire Room’), David Morse (‘The Green Mile,’ ‘We Were Liars’), Walker Scobell (‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’), Academy Award-winner Michael Douglas (‘Wall Street’) and Tamara Tunie (‘Flight,’ ‘Beyond the Gates’). The movie was directed by Roberto Sneider.

The film is based on the 2015 novel of the same name by Bob Rich. The screen adaptation’s script was written by Rowdy Herrington (‘Striking Distance,’ ‘Jack’s Back’) and Zach Dean (‘The Gorge’).

‘Looking Through Water’ follows William McKay as his career falls into ruins after a shocking betrayal. Called by his estranged father, he travels to Belize for a fishing tournament that reopens old wounds and sparks new understanding. Decades later, William recalls that pivotal trip as he tries to connect with his angry, distant grandson.
