Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie Exclusive Clip Introduces the Actors Behind the Kitty Gnomes

When her beloved dollhouse is in trouble, Gabby is leaping into new worlds with the help of her best friends, including the kitty gnomes, to get it back. The titular protagonist from the hit live-action film, ‘Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie,’ is continuing that journey as the feature is now reaching audiences on digital platforms.

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has made the action-adventure comedy available to buy or rent at home, after the studio released it in theaters on September 26. In honor of the project’s home distribution, Film Factual is exclusively premiering a bonus feature clip. The featurette is titled ‘Meet Clowder – Kitty Gnomes.’

The movie is the first ever big screen adaption of the popular Netflix interactive television series ‘Gabby’s Dollhouse.’ Besides its digital distribution, the comedy will also debut on Blu-ray and DVD on November 25. The project’s home release will include such bonus features as feature commentary with the filmmakers, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, recording booth bloopers, an exclusive deleted scene and movie-inspired at-home recipe tutorials.

‘Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie’ follows the eponymous character (Laila Lockhart Kraner) and Grandma Gigi (Gloria Estefan) as they set off on a magical road trip to Cat Francisco. But when her dollhouse is swiped by the eccentric cat lady, Vera (Kristen Wiig), Gabby embarks on a real-world rescue mission full of surprises, sparkles, and heart.

Ryan Crego (‘Home: Adventures with Tip & Oh,’ ‘I Heart Arlo’) directed ‘Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie.’ The film is based on characters created by Jennifer Twomey and Traci Page Johnson. The feature’s script was written by Mike Lew, Rehana Lew Mirza, Adam Wilson and Melanie Wilson LaBracio. The project was produced by DreamWorks Animation.

Besides Kraner, Estefan and Wiig, the comedy’s all-star comedic voice cast includes ‘Saturday Night Live’ veterans Ego Nwodim, Kyle Mooney and Melissa Villaseñor. Emmy nominee Thomas Lennon (‘Reno 911!,’ ‘American Dad!’), Jason Mantzoukas (‘Invincible,’ ‘Big Mouth’) and Fortune Feimster (‘Fortune Feimster: Crushing It,’ ‘Velma’). The beloved series’ voice cast also reprises their roles as Pandy Paws, CatRat, Cakey, DJ Catnip, Baby Box and MerCat.
