Writing can often be the most calming way for people to contend with a devastating loss. That’s certainly the case for actress Michelle Torian’s protagonist in the upcoming psychological thriller, ‘Teacher’s Pet.’

Quiver Distribution is set to release the film On Digital and VOD on Friday, February 6. In honor of the drama’s premiere, the distributor has unveiled the project’s official trailer and poster.

Noam Kroll wrote, directed and produced ‘Teacher’s Pet.’ Besides Torian, the thriller also stars Luke Barnett, Clayton Royal Johnson, Kevin Makely, Sara Tomko, Drew Powell, Alexe Godin and Barbara Crampton.

‘Teacher’s Pet’ follows brilliant but isolated high school senior Clara as she learns that her English teacher has died mysteriously. As a result, a charismatic replacement, Mr. Heller (Barnett), arrives and takes a disturbing interest in her academic potential.

As Mr. Heller’s mentorship turns to dangerous obsession, Clara uncovers his horrifying secret identity and murderous past. She’s now trapped in a psychological game with a predator who eliminates anyone standing in his way. As a result, Clara must use her understanding of Heller’s twisted psychology against him before she becomes his next victim. Some lessons are worth dying for, while others are worth killing for.
