All I’ve Got and Then Some Exclusive Clip Follows Rasheed Stephens Chasing His Comedic Dreams

The most inspiring artists are often those who are driven to chase their dreams, even when the odds are stacked against them. Actor Rasheed Stephens’ eponymous protagonist in the new surrealist dramedy, ‘All I’ve Got and Then Some,’ is one such creative. Much like the filmmaker, the character views every day to be the best day of his life, as he’s one day closer to achieving his goals.

The movie is now playing in theaters. In honor of the project’s official release, Film Factual is premiering an exclusive clip from the feature, which is titled ‘Breakfast.’

‘All I’ve Got and Then Some’s official distribution comes after it won the Grand Jury Prize at the Florida Film Festival. Its festival run also included it having its World Premiere at the Slamdance Film Festival. The project then went on to screen at the Pan African Film Festival and the Mammoth Lakes Film Festival.

The dramedy is inspired by Stephens’s surreal day-to-day experiences as a stand-up comedian in the Los Angeles comedy scene. Besides acting in the movie, he also directed and produced the feature with Tehben Dean. In addition to Stephens, the film also stars Avise Parsons, Naiya Armour, Armie Hicks JR., Charles Constant, Glen “Big Baby” Davis and Boo Kapone.

Starring Stephens as himself, ‘All I’ve Got and Then Some’ follows the homeless stand-up comedian over the course of one very long, strange, and eventful day in Los Angeles. Living out of his car, he’s trying to make it to his first paid gig in Hollywood while working as a ride share driver. He’s determined to do whatever it takes to make his dreams come true.
