Actress Alexandra Dowling is finally faced with her destiny to make a wish on a fallen star in the upcoming action crime film, ‘Starbright.’ To highlight her character’s journey of peril and discovery as she sets out to fulfill her life’s purpose, Ruby Max Entertainment has released the drama’s official trailer and poster.

The movie’s assets were unveiled to help promote its premiere in theaters nationwide on Friday, January 9.

In addition to Dowling, ‘Starbright’ also stars John Rhys-Davies, Diego Boneta, Becky Ann Baker and Ted Levine. The actors are also joined on screen by Gbenga Akinnagbe, Tom Carey, John Westley, Elisabeth Röhm and Christine Ebersole. Francesco Lucente directed and produced the film.

‘Starbright’ follows a star fall as it falls to earth during an eclipse. As a result, Aisling becomes its unlikely guardian, entrusted with its fragile, living light. Hunted by dangerous men, she and Raphael (Rhys-Davies) are saved by Joshua (Boneta), whose bravery and quiet strength turn the chase into a fight for hope. Together, the three embark on a night of peril and discovery, where the light’s true gift is revealed – not in being kept, but in awakening the strength to hope and change.
