Sometimes life’s most perilous quest is the journey people take to achieve vengeance, redemption and justice. That’s certainly the case for the titular protagonist in the new action thriller, ‘Oscar Shaw.’

The drama is now playing in theaters, as well as on digital and On Demand, courtesy of Samuel Goldwyn Films. In honor of the project’s release, the distributor has shared the movie’s official trailer and poster.

The thriller was written by Don Roff and directed by R. Ellis Frazier and Justin Nesbitt. Michael Jai White (‘Black Dynamite’) played the eponymous character in ‘Oscar Shaw.’ He’s joined on screen by Tyrese Gibson (‘Fast & Furious‘ franchise) and Isaiah Washington (‘Grey’s Anatomy’).

‘Oscar Shaw’ follows the titular character, who’s a retired cop, as he seeks revenge for his best friend’s death. He takes justice into his own hands after failing to achieve it during his police career.
