Giveaway: Enter to Win a Digital Code For Moss & Freud

Confronting vulnerability, discipline and the emotional weight of being truly observed can be a poignant experience for anyone. That’s also certainly true for supermodel Kate Moss as she contemplates her friendship with painter Lucian Freud. Her reflection on their relationship is explored in ‘Moss & Freud,’ a new true-life drama.

‘Moss & Freud’ is now available on VOD from Cineverse. In honor of the project’s digital release, Film Factual is offering one lucky winner an Apple TV digital code to watch the feature.

The movie is based on the true story of the titular supermodel’s unique friendship with the eponymous celebrity artist. Their relationship develops as Moss agrees to sit for a portrait by Freud, and enter a demanding artistic process that challenges her sense of self and discipline.

‘Moss & Freud’ stars Ellie Bamber (‘Nocturnal Animals,’ ‘Pride and Prejudice and Zombies’), Derek Jacobi (‘Gladiator,’ ‘Gosford Park’), Will Tudor (‘Game of Thrones,’ ‘Humans’), Jasmine Blackborow (‘The Gentlemen,’ ‘Marie Antoinette’) and Tim Downie (‘Outlander,’ ‘Good Omens’). The drama was written and directed by James Lucas, who’s best known for his Academy Award-winning Best Live Action Short Film, ‘The Phone Call.’

Set during the height of her modeling career, ‘Moss & Freud’ follows Moss as she agrees to sit for Freud, and expects only a brief collaboration. Instead, she becomes part of a prolonged, exacting series of sessions that reveal vulnerability, discipline and the psychological weight of being observed within a private studio space.
